Besides the heavily  talented star cost  is sure to entertain, us, no matter what.

RELEASE DATE 5 JUNE: THE RIDE AIN’T  OVER RELEASE DATE: 5 JUNE: This big offshoot  of the long running hit series Entourage is schedule to hit theaters  soon. Here , the boys Vincent Chase  (Adrian Grenier) , together  with Eric  (Kevin Connolly), are Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) and johnny (Kevin Dillon)  are back in business with agent-turned studio  head Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). It’s interesting  to see how they navigate the unreliable and competitive  world of Hollywood.  NW-PREDICT O-METER: We expected  the movie to be just as the TV show wicked and scandalous  .Some  may find it even offensive and vulgar. Verdict: keep your kids at home. 

ANY BODY  CAN DANCE -2, 

RELEASE DATE: JUNE 19. ABCD2, Remo d’ Souza’s , third directorial venture starring Varun Dhawan, Sharaddha Kapoor and Prabhu Deva, traces the journey of an Indian dance troupe  from the back streets of a Mumbai  suburb. The movie traces the dancer’s rise to the a fame, sudden downfall and their heroic attempt  to  regain their lost glory and pride.  NW-PREDICT-O-METER: The first part got a good response , so we expect  more from the sequel. The presence of heartthrob Varun Dhawan  and cute girl Shraddha Kapoor will make it even more memorable .Nawaz is all set fro the release of his next film, An Unfold  fact– Lateef, where he plays the title role. Lateef  the story of a young man who wants to be a doctor but unfortunately falls into a the vicious trap of politics and the drug mafia. We look forward to it.  

THEATER FUN: LAUGH RIOT: Time to tickle funny bone, as the National Centre fro performing Arts (NCPA) brings  together a selections of writers director’s actors and comedians and for a three-days celebration of comedy., wit and laughter  in its  comedy  theater  festival NCPA Cheer. The comedy theater  celebration that began in 2012 is aimed at presenting various  facets of comedy  to the audience.  This time , gear up for shows such as a Charge, Charandas Thief, Travelling  pants .0  and more. MOVIE MAGIC

 BOMBAY VELVET:  Release date: May-15:  Based on historian Gyan Prakash’s  book Mumbai fables the movie Bombay,  Velvet Narrates the storey of how Bombay  beceme a metropolis in the 60’s  against  in the backdrop of love, greed violence  and jazz music. Rabnbir Kapoor plays a small-time boxer in the film, which while Anushka Sharma will be seen as a club singer. Filmmaker Karan Joher plays a negative  role in the movie, which is directed by Anurag Kashyap. NW: Predict -o-metter  : This is a the first film that Anurag Kashyap  chose to work with A -listers . The director’s  edgy film making   coupled with Ranbir’s impeccable acting  skills and Anushka’s glam up quotient  are bound to make this film a  box-office success.

TANU WEDS MANY  RETIURNS  Release date: May-29:  Tanu Weds Manu Return is a romantic comedy directed by the Anand L Rai. It is a sequal of the 2011 fil Tanu Weds Many. Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan reprise  their roles that they played in the original . However  Kangana essays a double role in this film. The storey takes off from where the first  movie ended.  NW:  Predict-o-metter : Kangana’s two distinct looks in the film have  already garnered  a lot of attention  from the viewers. We’re  sure, Tanu Weds Many Returns will be a laugh riot with a hint of emotion just as a its prequel!  

TOMORROW LAND:  Release Date: May-22: Bound by a shared destiny, a teen bursting  with scientific  curiosity  a robot girl and a former  boy-genius inventor embark on a mission  to unearth the secrets of a place somewhere in the time and space ( Tomorrow land)  that exists  in their collective  memory. The characters  in the movie  played by George  Clooney, Britt Roberston , Hugh Laurie and Raffey  Classidy explore what happened to the Tomorrow land in order to save the world.  NW: Predict-o-metter:  Time to put your imagination  to the test once again with this  sci-fi mystery adventure . We are sure that the presences  of actors  like George Clooney  and Hugh  Laurie will add  value to the film that is helmed by director. 

ALOHA .. Release Date: May-29  Aloha is an American  romantic  comedy starring Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone  , Rachel Mc Adams, Alec Baldwin  and Bill Murray among others. Written , produced  and directed by Cameron Crowe, the film follows Brian Gilcrest (Bradley  Cooper), a defense  contractor, who falls for Allison  Ng ( Emma Stone), an Air Force watchdog, after he is assigned  to oversee the launch  of a  weapons satellite from Hawaii.  NW    Predict-o-metter :  The Movie  seems to have all the ingredients  for a successful rom-com a heartthrob (Bradley Cooper), a pretty girl  (Emma Stone)  and an unconventional  backdrop. Hopefully, it will soon make  to our list of our all-time favourite  romantic comedies. 

TELLY TALES ..NACH BALIYE TOO MUCH :  CARE TO DANCE $:  The seventh season of popular dance reality show Nach Baliye premiered  this month on Star Plus. Bollywood actress  Preity Zinta , auther Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji  are judging the show. After proving his mettle  as an auther, Chetan is all set to impress  everyone with his mentoring  skills. Our favourite  celebrity  couples Karishma  Tannu-Uppen Patel, Rashami  Desai- Nandish Sandhu, Asha Negi  -Rittvik Dhanjani,  Neha Saxena- Shakti Arora are competing  with former winners Supriya  and Sachin Pilgaonkar and Tina

 NEW READ :  Bollywood  actress  and former Miss India  Prachi Mishra of Diliwali Zalim Girl Friend   fame unveiled  the latest book My Clingy Girlfriend  by Madhuri  Banerjee at an event held  in Mumbai, last month. Madhuri has authored five novels  and also written the Bollywood film Hate Story-2, . The book  brings  a hilarious account of a simple Bengali boy in the Mumbai  who copes, mopes and hopes  to find  logic and  reasoning  with his clingy  girlfriend  . Eminent authors  such as a Amisha Tripathi Rashmi Bansal and Ravi Subramanian were present at the book launch. 

THEATRE MAGIC:  50  NOT OUT: Ashvin Gidwani’s play Two to  Tango  Three to Jive recently completed  50 shows and the theatre  industry is thrilled  with this achievement ! To mark this golden jubilee  several B-town celebrities, including  the likes of Aamir Khan, Rajkumar Hirani, Ranvir Shorey,  David Dhawan, and Ali Asgar were there to watch the show. Aamir Khan was seen mingling  with the cast of the play and sharing his heartiest congratulations.

Release Date: February:  Coming from the unique collaboration of Karan Johar and Anurag Kashyap production houses, Hasee Toh Phasee is a  romantic-comedy caper with a love triangle starring the effervescent Parineeti Chopra and the latest eye-candy Siddharth Malhotra in lead roles.

A little birdie from tinsel town says that Hasee Toh Phasee is inspired from the yesteryear flick  Aaina. However the look and feel of the film is fresh and young. Watch out only if you are a fan of romcoms and, of course, Parineeti chopra.

HIGHWAY : Release Date: February 21.:  A rich girl is kidnapped by a gang of rustic criminals, From here starts a journey of life that changes the fate of the young girl (Alia Bhatt) and her kidnapper (Randeep Hooda). From playing a chic fashionista in her debut flick, Alia Bhatt looks promising in the trailers of Highway. The movie deals with Stockholm syndrome (a psychological phenomenon in which hostage express positive feelings towards their captors). Whether Imtiaz Ali recreates his magic with this movie is something to look out for. We say aye!

GUNDAY :Released Date: February 14 .: Set amidst the turbulent times in the history of Kolkata

(then Calcutta), Gunday is a story about two notorious friend Bikram and Bala who became coal thieves  from being small time wagon breakers. This film reveals the tale of the powerful black marketing mafia men from 1971-1988. The film stars current heartthrobs Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, along with Priyanka Chopra. Gunday had created quite a stir way before the theatrical trailer was out. It is indeed one of the look of it; it manages to do complete justice to the expectations of viewers. Ranveer and Arjun look stunning in their period avatars. Watch out for their famous ‘bromance’!

QUEEN: 

Released Date: February 28 .: A conservative Punjabi woman’s wedding has just been called off by her fiancé. She is  shocked and confused and she decided to go on her honemoon all alone! Queen is a complete romantic-drama film that tells the story about Rani and how she discovers her own identity all by herself in a new country. Kangana Ranaut takes the cake and the cherry with Queen. The storey looks fresh and unpredictable. She is completely in her character, and has been receiving rave reviews already. Watch this movie only and only for her!

SHAADI KE SIDE EFFECTS: 

Released Date: February 28 .:  A sequel to the sleeper hit Pyaar ke side effects this movie takes a funny ride on what happens after marriage. For the first time in celluloid, the audience will see two powerhouse performers, Farhan Akhtar and Vidya Balan, together. We think the movie is going to have a good and long-lasting effect on its viewers.

One of the Best movies to watch out on New Year – the Dark Knight

A 2008 movie directed and produced by Christopher Nolan is The Dark Knight. The movie is based on comic character Batman. It is a second part of the Batman Series. The movie is a sequel of Batman Begins released in 2005. The movie is Co-produced by United States and United Kingdom. Its releasing date was 16^th July, 2008 in the Australia, July 18 and July 24 in America (North) and United Kingdom respectively.

The role in lead i.e. Bruce Wayne or Batman was played by Christian Bale with Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman. The film brings in a new character of Harvey Dent played by Aaron Eckhart and Wayne’s old friend of his childhood i.e. Rachel Dawes played by Maggie Gyllenhaal, who helps Batman in fighting with the new upcoming threat with a criminal mastermind who called himself as the “The Joker” (Heath Ledger).

The movie was considered as one the best films of the 2000s. It was also considered as one of the best Superhero films by the critics. The film received positive responses all over. It set many high records during its runtime on theatres. Total revenue earned by the film was over $ 1 Billion all over the world. The film bagged eight nominations at the Academy Awards and won an award in the Best Sound editing category.

Six months before the movie got released, Ledger died from intoxication of prescribed drugs. As he was shown as the Joker in the film, his death leads to intense attention from the press and the Movie-watchers.

The movie was primarily shot in Chicago and other locations that of United States, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Warner Bros. re-released the film in IMAX theatres and traditional theatres on January 23, 2009. The movie was declared as highest-grossing film of 2008.

The Dark Knight is surely a must watch at this New Year eve as it is undoubtedly the best of Nolan’s trilogy.
